Wyndham Worldwide Prices $250 Million of Senior Unsecured Notes

Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE:WYN) today announced the pricing of the public offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its senior unsecured notes due 2020. The senior unsecured notes offering is expected to close on February 25, 2010.
